Each patch we design at UK Patches is executed with precision in order to guarantee your satisfaction with every order placed.
Making sure you are happy with every order placed is important to us. If something does not turn out the way you intended it to be – we will take full responsibility in correcting it.
If your order has any of the following issues, you are free to return or exchange an order.
If, for any reason, you receive an item that is not what you ordered, you need to reach out to us so we can sort it out. We will check your order and then send you the item you are missing or process a refund.
If eight days have not passed since the time of order, you have the opportunity to send clear photographs of the package that has arrived so we can check the order and replace it.
If an order is incorrect, we will replace it – free of charge. In order to avoid any additional process time, always verify your sizing before placing an order.
If the patch design does not align with the brief or the sample that was signed off, we will replace it, absolutely free.
In the following instances, we cannot process a return or an exchange:
In the case we are at fault: All return or replacement shipping costs will be covered.
In the case you are at fault: You will be responsible for the return shipping.
