Return Policy

Each patch we design at UK Patches is executed with precision in order to guarantee your satisfaction with every order placed.

Making sure you are happy with every order placed is important to us. If something does not turn out the way you intended it to be – we will take full responsibility in correcting it.

When You Can Return Or Exchange

If your order has any of the following issues, you are free to return or exchange an order.

1. An Item was Sent to You In Error

If, for any reason, you receive an item that is not what you ordered, you need to reach out to us so we can sort it out. We will check your order and then send you the item you are missing or process a refund.

2. The Product Is Damaged Upon Arrival

If eight days have not passed since the time of order, you have the opportunity to send clear photographs of the package that has arrived so we can check the order and replace it.

3. The Wrong Size was Sent

If an order is incorrect, we will replace it – free of charge. In order to avoid any additional process time, always verify your sizing before placing an order.

4. Customization Mistake

If the patch design does not align with the brief or the sample that was signed off, we will replace it, absolutely free.

When You Cannot Receive an Order Back or Exchange It

In the following instances, we cannot process a return or an exchange:

  • • You got what you ordered
  • • You had an incorrect design file, color, or spelling and shared it
  • • Your shipment is delayed or a third party delays it (we cannot control third-party delays)
  • • You put an incorrect address (or no address at all)
  • • A third party other than the original buyer is the one who made the request
Who is Responsible for the Shipping Costs

In the case we are at fault: All return or replacement shipping costs will be covered.

In the case you are at fault: You will be responsible for the return shipping.

How to Request a Return or an Exchange
  • • Get in touch with us not later than 6 days after you received the order
  • • Share the order number and any other information in the form of images, where applicable
  • • Avoid using the item and leave it in its original packaging
  • • Your request will be reviewed and the next steps will be provided
